After we took Bambi to her new home, we got brunch at McD's. Then we ate and played at the park. It was so nice. The sun was shining and it wasn't too hot. Even daddy and mommy went down the slide a couple times lol.

By time we were done at the park it was time for two lil girls to take their naps :) We had four picnics to go to this weekend and I offered to make pasta salad for all of them, so I got back to work while they were napping.
When the girls woke up we were all off to the barn. Alaina is getting better each time we go. It makes me so happy that she gets to have all these opportunities to try new things. I wanted a horse when I was little, but like they say, you can't always get what you want lol.
Thankfully, Matt's mom involves Alaina and teaches her the ropes. Before long she will be doing it all over again with Bella. Then one day they will be able to pass that knowledge onto their children, grandchildren and so on :)

On the way home from the barn we took the girls to Baldinger's to pick out some candy. Well, Bella can't really eat much candy, but she still enjoyed looking at all the pretty colors in the store. Of course, I got a couple of my favorites, neapolitan coconut slices, frooties and brach's jelly nougats. Yum! :)
If our day wasn't fun enough, the girls then went with gram to Chris's brother's b-day party at North Park Clubhouse, while Matt and I went to Josh and Sara's for a picnic. Happy Birthday Brian!
It was a wonderful ending to our busy, yet fun-filled Sunday. We try to take an easy on Sundays, but this weekend was anything but. Next weekend though, we are going to camp and relaxing, I hope :) Much love.
