Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! My Mother's Day was more like a weekend, because yesterday I took the girls to North Park to walk for National Fibromyalgia Awareness day, play at the park and to have a snack by the lake while daddy worked. The weather was wonderful and we even got to see two mother ducks with their ducklings! How perfect is that on Mother's Day weekend. Couldn't have asked for a nicer day with my girls.

Can't forget my baby on the way! 6 months 4/25/12

We are so excited to meet you Caylin Grace! The girls often talk to you and place their hands on my belly to feel you kick. Bella asks everyday if we can go to the doctors now to get you out lol!

Last Thursday Alaina made a beautiful purse for me that had sweet Mother's Day poem inside. I love it!

On Saturday Matt and the girls made me a feast for breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, oj AND coffee in this beautiful new mug Alaina picked out for me. If that wasn't sweet enough, they also gave me very thoughtful cards! How could anyone not tear up after hearing those two adorable voices. I will cherish that card forever!

We were supposed to go out to Bahama Breeze for dinner, but the girls both took a nap and I didn't want to wake them, so Matt made some buffalo chicken dip and we watched a movie. I read the girls my favorite book, "The Giving Tree" before bed, which had me in tears once again, so Matt finished it for them lol! Darn pregnancy hormones anyways haha. It was such a great Mother's Day and I can't wait to spend it with all three of my girls next year.
Blessed! That's all that comes to mind <3

Ready to go with daddy to surprise grandma at work with flowers, cards and of course Reeses cups for Mother's Day. Bella insisted on wearing a hat like sissy lol! They melt my heart!

Growing up most of my life without a mother hasn't been the easiest thing, but it has taught me so much. I appreciate every single morning I get to wake up to those adorable faces. The moments when I hear "I Love You" mean SO much more now.... Even when they are misbehaving are cherished moments, and I remind myself that all of this could be taken away in a blink of an eye. Being a mother shouldn't be taken lightly. It's the greatest honor and gift God could give us. Mother's Day may be a day to spoil moms and express your love for all that they've done, but it should also be a day to thank God for being so blessed! There's seriously no greater honor than being called "ma ma". I love you so much Alaina, Bella and baby Daily. Happy Mother's Day to all of those wonderful mothers out there! ♥
