Easter Visit to Rosebrook

I'm behind on my blogging per usual, so let's try to catch up here. Before Matt's b-day dinner, Alaina and I went with her Great Aunt Sandy to Rosebrook assisted living home to hand out treats for Easter.  Bella kept my sister and dad busy while we were gone haha.

It was a rainy day, but that didn't put a damper on the wonderful time we had at Rosebrook. Aunt Sandy put bunny ears on her labs, which were a hit. They looked so cute!

Those residents are so sweet and fun to be around. Alaina was shy at first but after a couple minutes she was handing those candy-filled eggs out left and right. She cracked me up how open she was with the ladies, but when it came to a males she would hand the egg with her head down or out of their reach. I guess that's a good thing in a way haha.

When we were done we went to Kings for lunch and chatted for awhile. It was another great day at Rosebrook! I hope to keep this nice tradition going with Aunt Sandy and the dogs. The girls and I will cherish these moments forever.

Maybe next time Bella will be able to join us. :) Thank you Aunt Sandy for inviting us. We had a great time!

That is a great tradition!
Lexie and Dylan love visiting the residents at the nursing home my mom works at.
