XO Happy 4 Year Anniversary Matt! OX

6/10/06

Today marks 4 years Matt and I have been married. :) I couldn't ask for a better partner. He's my better half, best friend, my everything!

My dad always said that he was my guardian angel, because his b-day is the same day my mom had her car accident. That you are honey!

This morning I made everyone breakfast and got the kids ready for the park. Poor Matt had to go back to the doctors to get more fluid extracted. Not a nice way to start your day let me say.

The doctor told him that he may have a hematoma and that's why he continues to fill up, but he just told him to come back in three more weeks and see if his body breaks it down. Doctors! :/

Anyways, after taking the kids to the park and dropping Ethan off, I got stuck in traffic. A huge tree fell down on the power lines on 228 and caused A LOT of damage.

After waiting awhile, I did a U turn, got lost down a couple roads and finally realized I had the GPS and got my butt home for dinner lol!

We were getting the kids ready and I felt so bad that my gift I got Matt didn't come in yet, so I told him what it was. I caught him off guard and he's like WHAT!?! I said, I got you the hockey skates you wanted.

The skates I got my hubby :) Nike Bauer Supreme ONE95 Pro Senior Ice Hockey Skates

The look on his face was priceless. I had him convinced it was an appliance. For 4 years you're supposed to get something silk or an appliance, but I knew he would appreciate this much more.

Matt had no idea that I knew which ones he wanted, but after much time looking through our computer history and the help from my brother, I was able to get the right ones.

It was so worth it though, because he won't stop talking about how excited he is to get them tomorrow.

Matt got me the prettiest card and wrote the sweetest things to me. He also got me that beautiful wrap for my wedding ring I wrote about earlier and new brakes for my car. He's SO good to me.

The wrap Matt got me :D

Also, for dinner Matt took me to my favorite restaurant, Bahama Breeze. It was a wonderful dinner! Our salmon was delicious! I think it was the best I've ever had. Definately made up for the traffic mess earlier :)

We ended our evening watching movies and cuddling on the couch. Happy Anniversay honey! I love you so much! Forever! XOXO
